About Us
Our Story
Kin Consultant Group was born from a simple but powerful realization: organizations get stuck in the same destructive patterns as individuals.
As an organizational consultant and healing facilitator, I spent years dancing between two worlds—helping organizations build strategic capacity and supporting individuals in healing from negative conditioned patterns. The breakthrough came when I recognized that organizations struggling with strategy were caught in the same unconscious behaviors as the people in my healing work –avoiding difficult conversations, making fear-based decisions, and reacting instead of responding intentionally.
This insight changed how I work. I realized that lasting organizational change requires both strategic rigor and deep pattern awareness and transformation. When leaders recognize what’s really blocking progress and commit to more conscious responses, real transformation becomes possible.
From coaching hundreds of people, I know the power of this integrated approach. Organizations that were paralyzed by fear discover courage to take bold action. Leaders who bounced from one thing to the next became focused on the highest priorities. Strategic plans that once lived on shelves become living documents emerging from both analytical wisdom and authentic knowing.
At Kin, we bridge strategy and consciousness to help organizations break free from the patterns preventing them from achieving impact.
