Our approach is grounded in Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework, centered in equity and supported by personal transformation practices that help leaders identify the leadership and organizational dynamics that often prevent successful implementation.

Using an adapted RBA framework, we work with clients to define clear results and indicators, prioritize the factors that support and impede the result(s), and build actionable strategies with clear performance measures to move the results.

Dominique and Paul helped put together our 2020-2025 strategic plan. As part of the strategic plan process, they conducted stakeholder interviews, listening sessions, and a data walk to inform the process. 

Together we engaged an internal planning committee in discussing leading strategies and building out a cohesive strategic framework. “It was important for us to say loudly that ‘Racial equity and inclusion is our north star.’ It guides our work. It was important to codify that and put measures into place that align with that.”
